We are also the suppliers of Special Purpose Components to Indian space Research Organisation (ISRO) and Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO). Technology
We are using the world’s most advanced technology to manufacture our product. We have taken initiative of Make in India Campaign and have established a state of art manufacturing facility, which boasts the high end technology from all over the world to manufacture our product. We have also imported one of the world’s rarest 2000T Cold forging Impact Extrusion machinery for this purpose.
We are proud to say that we are part of India Space Missions as our organization is responsible for developing the Lithium Ion battery cell cases, which are used for communication devices in the space shuttle and ships as major power source. The cell cases are made of Special grade Aluminum Alloy that is very light in weight, which helps in reducing the payload and very high Tensile strength as they are producing, by impact Extrusion Process. The extrusion is done on our Imported 2000 T Cold forging press as the deviation is 5 Microns (high accuracy.)
