Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in Hydraulic machines more than 1000 ton capacity.
  • Copper, Aluminium , steel, zinc and other extruded components manufacturing .
  • CNC, PLC and others machines handling for preventive maintenance / break down
  • Maintenance, Breakdown hours maintenance manual.
  • Design and development of Hydraulic, necking, trimming, beading, Threading Machine tools/ mechanisms and assemblies.
  • Overall responsibility of successfully setting up, commissioning and subsequently smoothly running a Extrusion and machining plant. Ensure proper plant layout and other arrangements to produce maximum output in minimum
  • Candidate must have sufficient experience of setting up and operating the Extrusion or machining plant. He should be a very good planner and estimator. Subsequently ready to operate the plant, which he has set up.
  • Making of process planning and progress chart.
  • Making of preventive maintenance for each tool according to production
  • In depth knowledge and development of Jigs, Fixtures, Plastic moulds, Die Casting Dies, Press Tools.
  • Manufacturing of sheet metal tool like draw tool, trimming tool, piercing tool, restrike tool, bending tool, blanking tool & progressive tool.
  • To solve troubleshooting e.g. Die spotting, Die Welding, Wrinkles, Dents, Pearsing burrs, Die block Grinding, Die bead making & matching etc.
  • To repair Fixture & Molds.
  • Modification Die in the form of Kaizen.
  • Handling of line problems of press line ECN work in Dies.
